Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We offer a variety of payment options. You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Sezzle, and PayPal. You can also use ShopPay or Apple Pay if you prefer.

How do I use a gift card code or discount code at checkout? Simply enter your gift card or discount code in the Gift Card or Discount Code area at checkout and click Apply.

Help! My gift card/discount code doesn't work! We're sorry that your code doesn't work and we want to help you resolve your issue. Please email customer service at service@nexclio.com and we'll respond 24 hours a day in the US!

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to ship? Most orders ship the next business day. High volume times such as holidays may cause longer shipping times.

Please note: any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Where is my order/shipping confirmation? Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once USPS scans your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your package!

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We are proud to say that nexclio now ships internationally! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note: international orders usually take longer to complete the shipping process after they reach the postman. Please allow at least 30 days for your order to arrive after it leaves our warehouse.

I have an event coming up soon and I would love to wear nexclio. Is express shipping an option? Expedited shipping is possible, but we will be notified within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email service@nexclio.com with your order number and shipping request. If you have already received a confirmation email that your package has been shipped, you can no longer change the address or shipping speed.

Orders

Do you have a size guide or sizing information? Yes, we do! At the bottom of the homepage, you can find our Model and Size Info page. Alternatively, you can search for "Model Info" in the search bar. We also carefully edit our product descriptions to make sure all the useful sizing information is noted. Please check the description for more help!

How do I check the status of my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, as well as a tracking page where you can check the status of your order.

I decided to change something in my order and I would like to make adjustments or cancel the order and try again. What do I do? Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or cancel it in any way. In order to better serve our customers and ship in a timely manner, we are unable to make adjustments before the package is shipped. However, we are always ready to provide you with additional sizing information and suggestions. Please feel free to contact us to find out how best to handle your individual situation. Returns/Refunds
